  • 1/2 med. onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp. grease
  • Chili meat
  • 3 tbsp. chili blend

Directions

  1. Vera's Directions: You can add in 1/2 lb. of hamburger meat to each one of those deer chili meat pkgs. we gave you if you want to - I think the deer meat alone makes good chili.
  2. Sear 1/2 medium onion, diced, in 2 Tbsp. grease. Add in chili meat and let brown slightly in grease. Salt and pepper to taste. After you add in chili, blend about 3 Tbsp. to begin with, then add in to suit your taste. Cover with water and let simmer; boil slowly for 25 to 30 min. (Side of paper note:) Sprinkle a little chopped garlic, too.
