California Veggie Pizza Recipe on Whole wheat Crust Recipe

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour - 3cups (I use KAF white whole wheat flour)
  • Instant Yeast - 2tsp
  • Honey - 2tbsp
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2tbsp
  • Salt - 1¼tsp
  • Orange Juice - 2tbsp, luke warm
  • Water - ¾cup, luke warm
  • Toppings:
  • Pizza Sauce (Tomato sauce)
  • Red Onions
  • Broccoli (I steam them a little beforehand)
  • Eggplant (sauteed)
  • Mushrooms (I prefer cooked, so I saute them in some oil)
  • Corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese
