Ingredients
- Dough:
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 ml oil
- 15 dkg flour
- 100 ml water
- 20 g sugar meal
- 3 eggs
- cream:
- 1 to 2 cups whipping cream
- rum
- 2 cups sour cream
- sugar
- 2 cups butter for spreading
- for garnish:
- 2 packages of hot chocolate
Directions
- Eggs yolks tenderize and separated from the whites. Sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, oil, water, egg yolks and stir thoroughly. Among whites beat stiff snow to lightly incorporate into the base path. Pour batter on a baking sheet with paper baking unloaded and bake in a moderately heated oven. Baked cake cool.
