- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Warm Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 cl Garlic
- 4 x Skinned Drumsticks

- 2 Tbsp. Minced Celery
- 2 Tbsp. Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 4 c. Warm, Cooked Regular Rice
Directions
- Combine Vegetable Juice, Vinegar, Warm Sauce, Oregano, Chopped Garlic in A Large Shallow Container; Stir Well. Add in Chicken, Turning Once To Coat.
- Marinate in Refrigerator 30 Minutes. Remove From Marinade, Reserving Marinade.
- Place Chicken On Microwave Glass Platter; Cover With Plastic Wrap, Turning Back 1 Corner To Vent. Microwave At High 8 To 10 Minutes. Or possibly Till Chicken Is Done, Giving Dish A Quarter-Turn At 2 Minutes. Intervals. Let Chicken Stand, Covered, 5 Minutes. Combine Celery, Pepper & Onion in A 1-Qt Glass Measure; Microwave At High 3-4 Minutes. Or possibly Till Vegetables Are Tender. Combine Reserved Marinade & Cornstarch, Stirring Till Smooth. Add in To Vegetable Mix & Micro- Wave Uncovered At High 1-2 Minutes. Or possibly Till Thickened. Serve Chicken Overrice; Top With Sauce. About 272 Cal. Per Chicken Piece & 1/2 C. Rice.
