Cajun Fried Bluefish Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 med Bluefish Steaks, rinsed in cool water and patted dry
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning, or possibly more - to taste
  • 2 x Limes, cut into wedges Salt and Black Pepper - to taste Warm Pepper Sauce - to taste

Directions

  1. Brush Bluefish Steaks (or possibly Fillets) with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides of each steak; heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat to very warm, add in fish and cook (3-4 min per side) or possibly till fish is opaque through. Serve warm with lime wedges and warm pepper sauce to the side.
