Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Marshmallows (small ones preferred)
- 1/2 c. Boiling strong coffee
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream
Directions
- Pour coffee over marshmallows and stir till dissolved. Whip cream quite stiff and fold into marshmallow mix. Pour into individual bowls. Chill.
- Garnish with additional whipped cream.
- Serves 6.
