Ingredients

  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 3 x Anchovy filets
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd pepper
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Freshly grated parmesan
  • 8 c. Torn Romaine, about
  •     Croutons

Directions

  1. Mash one clove garlic against the side of a wooden salad bowl using a fork and a healthy pinch of salt. Right in the bowl add in 3 anchovy filets and mash them with the garlic. Add in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and grnd pepper. Whisk this well all together and add in extra virgin olive oil, in a stream, whisking till all is added and emulsified. Stir in parmesan. Add in about 8 c. of torn Romaine Toss till all is coated. Serve with croutons.
