Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add in onion and celery; cook till tender. Add in water, beans, tomatoes, cabbage, chili pwdr and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-30 min or possibly till cabbage is tender. Top each bowl with mashed potatoes if you like.
  2. Yield: 4-6 servings.
