Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef or possibly turkey
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 stalk celery minced
- 16 ounce kidney beans canned
- 1/2 med head of cabbage minced
- 28 ounce tomatoes, canned minced,
- 28 ounce water
- 4 x beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, brown beef. Add in all other ingredients: bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
- Yield : 3 qts.
