Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 sm cabbage head
- 2 can diced tomatoes - (15 ounce ea)
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
- Â Â (or possibly 1 can condensed tomato soup)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon - (to 1 tspn)
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 c. warm cooked rice
Directions
- Brown grnd beef with onion; transfer to crockpot. Slice cabbage into small wedges; place on grnd beef. Mix tomatoes, sauce, and seasonings; pour over all. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hrs. Serve over the rice or possibly mix together.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
