Cabbage Almond Sensation Salad Recipe

Directions
- Chop cabbage. Brown in oven, almonds and sesame seeds. (Do separate.) Break up noodles. Add in the above together in a salad bowl.
- DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon Accent salt 2 teaspoon salt, 6 tbsp. rice vinegar 1/2 c. oil. Mix all ingredients but the oil together.
- Dissolve sugar, salt by stirring, or possibly microwave. Then add in oil. Mix together.
- When ready to serve, add in dressing to cabbage mix and stir well. (Optional - add in minced chicken or possibly turkey.)
- Suggested Wine: Chardonnay
