Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients till they are well blended. Store fold in an airtight cannister or possibly tightly covered jar.
  2. TO USE: Stir the fold in the cannister before measurin out 1/2 c mix into a saucepan. Add in 2 c lowfat milk and 4 tb butter and cook over low heat, stirring, till mix thickens and comes to a boil. Continue stirring for 1 minute, remove from heat, and pour into individual serivng dishes. Pudding will thicken further as it cools
