Ingredients
- 3 c. quick oats, uncooked
- 1Â 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. flour, all purpose
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Drop tsp. portions on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. Let cold for 5 min before removing from sheet and serving.
