Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 3/4 pkt (12-ounce) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat well.
  2. Add in egg, lowfat milk, lemon juice and lemon rind; beat well. (Mix will appear curdled.) Gradually beat in flour mix. Stir in Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min. Allow to stand 2 min before removing from cookie sheets. Cold completely on wire racks.
  3. Makes about 1-1/2 dozen 3-inch cookies.
