Ingredients
- 1 x Butternut squash -- peeled Seeded,chunkd
- 3 x Apples -- cored,peeled, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon -- grnd
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350 DegreesF. Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Place squash-apple mix in a one qt casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour apple juice over mix, and cover casserole. Bake for one hour, or possibly till squash is fork tender.
