  • 1 x Butternut squash -- peeled Seeded,chunkd
  • 3 x Apples -- cored,peeled, Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon -- grnd
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Apple juice

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 DegreesF. Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Place squash-apple mix in a one qt casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour apple juice over mix, and cover casserole. Bake for one hour, or possibly till squash is fork tender.
