Ingredients
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions
- Mix buttermilk and egg with whisk. Add in flour, salt, baking pwdr, and baking soda. Mix well. Add in oil. Follow waffle iron directions for cooking.
- Yield: 2 1/2 large waffles.
