- 1/4 c. BUTTER
- 1 tsp SALT
- 1/2 tsp BLACK PEPPER
Directions
- PEEL 3 LBS. POTATOES AND CUT INTO CUBES 1/2" SQUARE. PLACE IN A 4 Qt SAUCE PAN WITH Sufficient WATER TO COVER AND BRING TO A BOIL. LOWER HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 Min Or possibly Till POTATOES ARE TENDER. DRAIN WATER FROM POTATOES AND AND PLACE THEM IN A LARGE BOWL. Add in BUTTERMILK, SALT, PEPPER AND BUTTER. BEAT WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED Till SMOOTH AND CREAMY. PLACE IN SERVING DISH AND DOT WITH BUTTER.
