  • 12 ounce egg noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. freshly-grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles till tender. Drain in a colander and return to the pot.
  2. In a saute/fry pan, add in the butter and cook till lightly brown, about 5 min. Add in sage, parsley, chives, and salt and cook 1 min. Finish with Parmesan cheese.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
