Butter Pecan Ice Cream Recipe

- In a large mixing bowl, gradually add in sugar to Large eggs, beating till stiff.
- Add in lowfat milk, cream, vanilla and salt and mix well. Chill. Heat butter and saute/fry pecans. Add in brown sugar and stir till melted. Cold well. Add in to ice cream mix and freeze in ice cream freezer.
- Yield: 1 gallon.
