Butter Mochi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Block butter
  • 2 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 can Evaported lowfat milk (2 C.)
  • 20 ounce Mochiko
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 12 ounce Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 pan or possibly 325 degrees in a pyrex pan. Use plastic knife to cut.
