Ingredients
- 6 slc Bacon, (6 to 8)
- 1 med Onion
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 can (Medium) large butter beans
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 dsh Pepper
Directions
- Dice and brown bacon. Remove bacon. Dice onion and brown in some of the fat. Add in beans. Add in salt, pepper and butter. Add in lowfat milk and bacon and cook till somewhat thickened. Crumble bacon over beans. Delicious served with corn bread.
