Burritos Supremas Recipe

• 1/2 Tbsp. chile pwdr
• 1/4 Tbsp. cumin
• 1/2 tsp. garlic pwdr

• 1 pound lean flank steak
• 1 c. white rice
• 1/2 tsp. fresh cilantro
• juice of 1 lime
• black beans or possibly refried beans (I prefer black)
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. guacamole
• 1 c. salsa
• 6 large flour tortillas
• 1 tomato, sliced
• 1 red onion, sliced
• 3 c. of lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/4 c. Colby cheese
• 2 Tbsp. green chiles
• 1 Tbsp. jalapeno
