Burrito Jalisco (Mexican Pork)

Ingredients

  • 5 pound pork tenderloin
  • 3 cans beer
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium minced onions
  • 2 T oregano
  • 3 T chili pwdr
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package large tortillas
  • guacamole
  • lowfat sour cream
  • salsa
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a large Crock-pot. Cook on medium heat for 6-8 hrs till meat is tenderly cooked throughout.
  2. Slice: onion, tomato, lettuce.When meat is done, put sliced onion, tomato, lettuce, toppings (lowfat sour cream, guacamole, and/or salsa) on tortilla with Mexican-blend or possibly Swiss Cheese with meat.
  3. Serve with black beans and rice or possibly a Mexican salad. The meat will simply heat in your mouth!
  4. Serves 8.
