Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 1/4 c. Onion, Minced
- 21 ounce Beef Gravy, 2 cn
- 3 Tbsp. Burgundy, *
- 4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, Minced
Directions
- * You can use Burgundy or possibly any other type of dry red wine in this recipe.
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter. Add in the onion and saute/fry for 3 min. Stir in the gravy, wine, and Worcestershire Sauce. Cook and stir till warm, about 2 min. Stir in the parsley. Serve over steak or possibly hamburgers.
- Makes approximately 3 c. of sauce.
