Directions

  1. * You can use Burgundy or possibly any other type of dry red wine in this recipe.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the butter. Add in the onion and saute/fry for 3 min. Stir in the gravy, wine, and Worcestershire Sauce. Cook and stir till warm, about 2 min. Stir in the parsley. Serve over steak or possibly hamburgers.
  3. Makes approximately 3 c. of sauce.
