Bunya Caulda Recipe
If you like garlic and dairy, this is for you. I picked this one up from a good friend in northern Wisconsin. This dish is eated with raw cabbage leaves, Italian style bread, carots or cauliflower.

Goes Well With: fresh vegetables and bread
Wine and Drink Pairings:
medium body red
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
6-7 cloves of carlic
1 small tin of ancholvies
- Melt butter using low heat
- Using garlic press, mash garlic into melted butter
- Add anchoives to butter/garlic mix and saute' for 15 minutes.
- Add to mixture heavy whipping cream and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
- Serve warm
