  • 1 pkt (5/16-ounce) yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/4 c. # 2 Medium or possibly #3 Coarse Bulgur wheat
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. 50/50 flour (white and whole wheat, combined)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Bread flour
  • 3/4 c. Water

Directions

  1. Soak bulgur wheat in boiling water for 5 min. Add in yeast, flours, salt, and dry lowfat milk into the bread pan. Add in bulgur mix, honey, oil, and water. On Bread-maker, select WHITE bread, and push Start.
