• 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
• 2 c. bread flour
• 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
• 3/4 c. buckwheat flour
• 3 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
• 1/3 c. mashed banana
• 1/3 c. coarsley-minced raisins
• 1 1/4 c. water
