  1. Mix the lowfat milk, oil, sugar and salt together and cold to lukewarm. Crumble into the mix. Crumble the yeast into the mix. Add in the Large eggs and flour.
  2. Mix to soft dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead till smooth and elastic and not sticky. Place in greased bowl. Cover with a damp cloth.
  3. Let rise till double in bulk. Punch down and let rest for 10 min.
  4. Heat the butter in small pan. Mix together the sugar, minced nuts, cinnamon and raisins.
  5. Make dough into small balls (size of walnuts). Roll each one in butter, then in the sugar mix. Place in greased angel food cake pan in staggered rows and layers till all your dough is used. Let rise, then bake at 350 degrees about 45 min. Turn out onto plate. Don't cut to serve; just pull off a bubble.
