Ingredients

  • 3 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and cooked
  • 1/2 c. Sun-Dry Tomato Halves In Oil, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tsp Sugar Tabasco Sauce, to taste
  • 4 x Green Onions, minced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.
  2. NOTES : I most recently served this at an engagement party in February 1998. It was a big hit and I had many requests for the recipe.
