Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Whole-Wheat Flour
  • 1/3 c. Sugar or possibly substitute
  • 1 c. Oats quick
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa Pwdr unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt optional
  • 2 x Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute or possibly egg whites or possibly sub
  • 1/3 c. Light Corn Syrup or possibly dark
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. In a med bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix egg whites ro egg beaters or possibly substitute, corn syrup and vanilla.
  3. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
  4. Drop by tsp. onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets.
  5. Bake in 350 deg F. oven 10 minutes till set.
  6. Cold 5 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire rack to complete cooling.
  7. NOTES : Prep.
  8. Time: 15 minutes
  9. Baking Time: 10 minutes.
  10. Cooling Time: 5 minutes.
