- 2/3 c. Whole-Wheat Flour
- 1/3 c. Sugar or possibly substitute
- 1 c. Oats quick
- 1/4 c. Cocoa Pwdr unsweetened
- 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt optional
- 2 x Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute or possibly egg whites or possibly sub
- 1/3 c. Light Corn Syrup or possibly dark
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- In a med bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix egg whites ro egg beaters or possibly substitute, corn syrup and vanilla.
- Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
- Drop by tsp. onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets.
- Bake in 350 deg F. oven 10 minutes till set.
- Cold 5 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire rack to complete cooling.
- NOTES : Prep.
- Time: 15 minutes
- Baking Time: 10 minutes.
- Cooling Time: 5 minutes.
