Ingredients

  • 1 pkt fudge brownie mix (18 or possibly 19 ounce. size)
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min. 20 to 24 squares.
