Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp sea salt
- 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 3 Ripe bananas (about 2 cups)
- For the streusel-
- 3 Tbsp cold, unsalted butter
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 3 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
