Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Black walnuts, minced
- Â Â Salt, a healthy pinch
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar together, add in vanilla, well beaten Large eggs. Dissolve soda in lowfat milk, add in flour, salt and nut meats. Dough should be just stiff sufficient to draw from end of spoon. Just before placing in oven, sift granulated sugar over some of cakes and put a half nut meat in each.
- Note: No time or possibly temperature given. Assume a 375 F. oven.
