Directions

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. In a mix-master combine the eggs, sour milk and butter and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the sifted flour, baking powder and sugar.
  4. While the mixer is on low slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Dust the blueberries with flour and gently fold into the batter.
  6. Place in greased muffin tins or cupcake cups.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
