Ingredients

  • Brown Rice – 1 cup, soaked for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Onion – 2 small or 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot – 1, chopped
  • Beans – 5 to 6, chopped
  • Capsicum – 1, small, chopped
  • Broccoli – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Green Peas – 1/4 cup, shelled
  • Green Chillies – 2, slit
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 inch piece
  • Green Cardamoms – 2
  • Cloves – 2
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic – 1/2 tsp, minced
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil as required
