Directions

  1. Method1. Slice beef and marinate with salt, pepper and thick soy sauce for 10 min. Sprinkle flour to coat beef.
  2. 2. Heat oil and fry cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves and onions. Add marinated beef and fry for another three min to seal in the flavours and nutrients of the beef.
  3. 3. Add in beef cube, potatoes and carrots, and 1 pint of water. Simmer over low heat till potato is tender and gravy thickens. Add green peas.
