Ingredients
- 1 pound scallops (sm. or possibly cut up lg.)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Healthy pinch pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 sm. clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat broiler.Place scallops in single layer in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put together butter, lemon juice, garlic and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on scallops. Broil 10 min only!
