Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
  • 1/4 c. tomato juice
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 4 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Butter rack of broiler pan and place fish fillets on it. Put together remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over fish. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat without turning, for 5 min till fish flakes easily.
