Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
- 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 4 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Butter rack of broiler pan and place fish fillets on it. Put together remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over fish. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat without turning, for 5 min till fish flakes easily.
