Ingredients
- 1 pkg. of 6 English muffins
- 1 (7 ounce) can crab meat, well liquid removed Or possibly 1 can shrimp (lg. or possibly med.)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (6 ounce) jar Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Slice English muffins in half, then cut into fourths and arrange on 2 cookie sheets. Mix remaining ingredients well in small bowl at medium speed. Spread on the English muffin quarters. These can be made up to a couple weeks in advance and kept frzn till ready for use.Freeze them a minimum of 30 min, even if you will be serving them the same day. When ready to serve, broil them till they puff up and are bubbly and slightly golden. They take just a couple min. Serve hot.
