Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crab meat, liquid removed & flaked
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon finely minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Dash of salt
- 3 English muffins, split & toasted & buttered
Directions
- Mix together crab and mayonnaise -- set aside. Beat together cream cheese, egg yolks, onion, mustard and salt till smooth and creamy. Spread toasted muffin halves with butter, then with crab mix. Top with cream cheese mix. Place on baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 min till top is bubbly and golden brown.
