Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 5 T sherry
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 4 halibut steaks, 6-7 ounce each
- Lemon wedges and parsley (optional)
Directions
- Put together first 5 ingredients. Marinate halibut steaks in this mix for 1 hour (turn steaks over after 30 min). Remove from marinade and drain. Place steaks on broiler pan and broil 4 inches below heating element. Broil for 10 min per inch of thickness or possibly till fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon and parsley.
