Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. frzn minced broccoli
- 1 lg. pkg. frzn baby limas (or possibly 2 cans green limas)
- 1 (8 ounce) carton (1 c.) lowfat sour cream (or possibly lowfat sour cream with chives dip)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 c. water chestnuts, liquid removed & sliced
- 3 c. Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions till TENDER CRISP. Drain well. Blend in the lowfat sour cream. Mix together the soups. Add in to vegetable mix. Add in water chestnuts. Mix ingredients well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown the cereal in the butter. Spread over vegetable mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
