Ingredients
2 box Jiffy cornbread
4 x Large eggs
10 ounce cottage cheese
10 ounce frzn minced broccoli
1 med onion, minced fine
1 1/2 stk margarine, melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl with spoon. Pour into small casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
