Ingredients
- 2 or possibly 3 c. broccoli (minced)
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 jar Cheese Whiz (8 ounce.) jalapeno for warm variation
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- VARIATION: Add in 2 c. cubed cooked meat i.e., ham or possibly chicken. Cook, season and drain broccoli. Add in to warm rice. Mix soups, cheese whiz, and 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour over broccoli rice mix. Mix well. Pour into large casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 c. grated cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 min till warm and cheese is melted.
