Directions

  1. Prepare broccoli as directed on package. Saute/fry onion in butter; add in cream of celery soup, mushrooms, and cheese. Cook till cheese is melted. Add in Worcestershire sauce. Place broccoli in a long casserole dish; place water chestnuts over broccoli. Pour sauce over broccoli and water chestnuts. Top with bread crumbs or possibly stuffing. I use Ritz cracker crumbs cut up fine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
