Ingredients
- 2 pkt Broccoli florets -or possibly-
- 2 pkt Broccoli spears, frzn
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup, condensed
- Â Â S&P, to taste
- Â Â Bread crumbs or possibly corn flakes for topping
Directions
- Thaw and parboil the broccoli and shock in ice water. Mix lowfat sour cream and chicken soup and pour over broccoli in an oven-proof casserole. S&P to taste. Cover top with bread crumbs or possibly crumbled corn flakes and place in medium (350f) oven, cook till topping is browned and contents are cooked
- (15-30 min). Best served warm.
