  • 2 pkt Broccoli florets -or possibly-
  • 2 pkt Broccoli spears, frzn
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup, condensed
  •     S&P, to taste
  •     Bread crumbs or possibly corn flakes for topping

Directions

  1. Thaw and parboil the broccoli and shock in ice water. Mix lowfat sour cream and chicken soup and pour over broccoli in an oven-proof casserole. S&P to taste. Cover top with bread crumbs or possibly crumbled corn flakes and place in medium (350f) oven, cook till topping is browned and contents are cooked
  2. (15-30 min). Best served warm.
