  1. Wash broccoli heads, cut into florets. Cook and chop bacon and minced red onion. Stir mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together till well blended. Combine dressing with first four ingredients and let marinate and refrigeratein refrigerator for several hrs or possibly overnight.
