Ingredients
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- Salt, pepper, celery salt to taste
- 3 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tuna
- 1 pkg. frzn broccoli spears
- 2 tbsp. minced chives
- 1 c. yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in butter till clear. Add in flour; slowly blend in lowfat milk. Cook till mix bubbles and thickens. Add in broccoli, tuna and spices and cook till broccoli is tender (15 min). Add in lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt. Don't allow to boil.
