  1. In a large skillet, defrost and separate broccoli in oil. Blend in onions and let cook a short time. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. cheese. Mix in rice and mix well. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
